If you register for the Pre-Conference Prep Course, taught by Magda Havas PhD, at the same time you register for the Conference, the price is for the Prep Course is $99 for CME (4 hours of Continuing Medical Education Credits) and $49 for General Registration.

Conference cancellations must be received by email to [email protected], no later than November 15, 2020 to be eligible for a refund with a $35 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after November 15, 2020 are non-refundable. Registration is non-transferable.
